PUBLIC OFFER
for concierge services

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This public offer (hereinafter - "Offer") defines the terms of providing concierge services by an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter - "Contractor") to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter - "Client").
Acceptance of this Offer is the Client's actions aimed at receiving services, including but not limited to: submitting a request, paying for services, confirming an order in any way.
The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Offer. Changes take effect from the moment they are posted on the assistant.az website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with personal concierge services, including:
- Restaurant
- hotel
- event ticket reservations
- Organization of transfers and transport services
- Purchase and delivery of goods
- gifts
- flowers
- Organization of events
- surprises
- holidays
- Execution of errands and tasks at the Client's request
- Information and consulting services
- Organization of business meetings and events
- Help in solving household issues
The specific list of services is determined in the Client's request and confirmed by the Contractor.
3. SERVICE PROVISION PROCEDURE
The Client submits a request for services in one of the following ways:

- Through the contact form on the website
The Contractor confirms receipt of the request within 30 minutes and clarifies details.
The parties agree on the cost of services, execution terms, and payment conditions.
The Contractor begins order execution after receiving prepayment.
The Contractor informs the Client about the progress of order execution.
4. COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The cost of services is determined individually depending on the complexity and volume of work.
The minimum order cost is 25 AZN.
Payment methods:
- Cash upon service receipt
- Bank transfer
- Through electronic payment systems
- Bank card
Prepayment is at least 50% of the order cost.
Final payment is made after service completion.
In case of order cancellation less than 2 hours before execution start, prepayment is not refunded.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Contractor undertakes to:
- Execute the order within agreed terms
- Ensure quality of provided services
- Maintain confidentiality of Client information
- Inform about impossibility of order execution
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate information
- Pay for services on time
- Comply with order detail coordination deadlines
- Not require execution of illegal actions
6. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
The Contractor is responsible for the quality of provided services within its capabilities.
The Contractor is not responsible for:
- Actions of third parties (restaurants
- hotels
- transport companies)
- Changes in external service operations
- Force majeure circumstances
- Inaccuracies in information provided by the Client
The Contractor's total liability is limited to the order cost.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information received during contract execution.
The Contractor ensures protection of Client personal data in accordance with current legislation.
Order information is not transferred to third parties without Client consent.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
The parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations if it resulted from force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, strikes, government actions, etc.).
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
If agreement cannot be reached, disputes are considered in court at the Contractor's location.
Before going to court, compliance with the claim procedure is mandatory.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The agreement comes into force from the moment of Offer acceptance by the Client.
The agreement is valid until full performance of obligations by the parties.
All changes and additions are made in writing.
If individual provisions are declared invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
